hp 2711x specs Get Low Price – Don’t Miss

HP 2711X Price If you want to compare it to something the HP2711x experience is very similar to the old high-end Sony trinitron CRTs.

Pros: Excellent colors, saturation, brightness, contrast, etc. Great for gaming…I have not noticed any ghosting playing Skyrim and others. Very easy to read text and it’s “easy on the eyes” as opposed to many other monitors I have tried. OSD is good and easy to navigate. Display was easy to calibrate and took about 10 minutes and I haven’t messed with the OSD since. With the other monitors I futzed around with the settings for days to try and get it looking right.

Cons: Only 1 year warranty, stand is a bit light lacks anything beyond basic adjustments. Some backlight bleed on 100% dark scenes (I don’t even notice this anymore as it is very minimal, but it does exist if that sort of thing bugs you).

Other Thoughts: I wish they would beef up the features and warranty on these units even if they would cost a bit more. Adding a displayport would also be huge plus as well.

ViewSonic V3D245 I have done a lot of research on monitors recently and in the end i came up with two great monitors:

Samsung S23A950D 23-Inch Class 3D LED Monitor -Silver $449.99

And

ViewSonic V3D245 24-Inches LED 3D-Ready Monitor – Black $486.89

The Samsung monitor comes with a unique design but smaller size and less contrast (5,000,000)
The ViewSonic Comes with bigger size and more contrast (20,000,000) with speakers ! but it is more expensive.

However somehow it felt in ViewSonic i am paying for features BUT in samsung it felt that i am paying more for the brand name it self.

So i have decided to buy the ViewSonic & WOW it is GREAT !! As the other reviewer said horrible sound YES but who cares ?! I’m buying The Monitor Not the speakers…

I would really recommend this monitor & I will update the review when i test the 3D feature.
